Kemal Can YurttaÅŸ
Chef Kemal Can YurttaÅŸ has gained experience working in Turkey's leading hotels and restaurants after completing his high school education, which started at age 15, and then his university education in culinary. The chef, who was in the kitchen of Alancha Istanbul from 2015 to 2020, continued in the position of Executive chef between 2018-2020. Along with Alancha, he was also the kitchen chef of House Of Brothers. During this process, he gave many conferences at Universities. In 2018, he received training from the Basque Culinary Center. In 2019, he became a lecturer at BahçeÅŸehir University and taught Turkish Cuisine. In 2019 and 2023 a series of 110 programs was on the BeIN Gurme channel. In 2021, he operated the kitchen in Yek Alaçatı, serving only local products. He is currently active as a kitchen chef at Fairmont Quasar Istanbul. It was included in the first selection of the Michelin guide.
